Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4 1983) is a Canadian actor and comedian who lives in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most well-known to viewers of television for her character as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. Ash is also an alumna at Second City Toronto Mainstage as in addition to Second City Chicago mainstage. In addition, she is half of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She is a twice Canadian Comedy Award winner for Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007 and was also awarded Best Female Performance - Television for Almost Heroes in 2012 and in 2015 won the award for Best Female Performance in film in her role as Carol in the film Dirty Singles. She also appeared on the Prank-show "Scare Techniques". Lauren hosts her own podcast "True Crime and Cocktails" alongside Christy Oxborrow.
